The Bloody Beetroots new album Romborama just leaked. It's pretty damn awesome. The Beetroots (or someone who looks a lot like them) might be appearing in the near future of Northpark.
The Behemoth’s TwitchCon 2025 Recap

I've been a big fan of this website and podcast for a long time. I liked it so much that I offered to do some free design work for them, I designed some fliers, and helped with their logo redo (the new one we worked on, is a whole lot better than this, but I still have yet to see it), and I also did some web banners. I sent them to them, but never heard back. I guess I figured they hated them, and didn't have the heart to tell me. Well I was browsing their site and noticed they finally put them up (they may have been up for a while, but I never noticed till now), anyways, it's a cool site and show, people should check it out.
My main man Blake. He came down with me to the con, but we couldn't find any scumbag scalpers to sell him tickets.
The dude from robot chicken.
Devin and Gabby (Gabbie?) were my cohorts at the con. Some how me and Devin both lost our passes at different points during the con. Not sure how that happened.
Gabby getting kinda weird with Golem.
There was so much Prisoner stuff, and it was totally glorious. This guy was handing out Prisoner buttons and comics. I got one that says "I Am not a Number!"
Cafe Diem. So awesome. I actually didn't go in, but it was really cool to see.
Lego Rockband. I was sure the logos were just placed strangely together, but no, this is actually happening.
Some transformers.
A sketch of Tony Chu. Done by the very awesome, talented, and nice Rob Guillory.
A totally bad ass Popmaster drawing by Jim Mahfood. He used real paint on it, and then I had to walk around for twenty minutes with my book open. I'm sure everyone thought I was just showing off.
A crazy awesome drawing of the conductor by Vasillis Lolos. He had to break out a copy of the Last Call to remember how to draw him, this makes me think he's not working too hard on vol.2. Also check out that awesome custom stamp he did.
Last but not least, check out this bite size Kim Pine drawing that Brian Lee Omaley did for me.
So the new Harry Potter movie came out and I couldn't be more excited. Unfortunately I didn't get to see it yesterday, but I'm going today, and it's going to be awesome. I'm a recent convert to Harry Potter, I didn't even see one of the movies till the third one came out, but I was hooked after that. I loved the movies, and last year I finally started reading the books. I blew through them, and loved them all (except for maybe Order Of the Phoneix (Harry is such a little bitch in that one)). A lot of people write it off as kids stuff, but to me it's a whole lot more than that. It's an amazing story, with one of the most fully realized and interesting worlds I've ever encountered. I don't see how any one who reads comics couldn't appreciate Harry Potter.
It took a while, and It was a pretty close call, but section 1.6 is up. I'm pretty proud of this one. The last page was a little rushed, but I still think it's pretty quality overall.Check it out HERE!
Wow. It's been a while. But that's not to say that I haven't been working. Every free moment I've had in the past week has been spent working on Northpark Underground, and I'm almost done with Hungry. I just haven't had anytime to do one off drawings for the blog, and I haven't had any interesting process stuff. I might tomorrow though. Another reason that the updates are so lacking is that I moved my base of operations. I spent all last weekend moving which left very little time for comics and blogs. Unfortunately I can't say that the blog posting will get better, at least not until next week probably. But if I get a little extra free time, or have something interesting to show, I'll post it up here. Also here's a drawing of Sexman for you.
