Sketch-a-palooza

Here are all the sketches I did while working on Sect 1.9. I usually try to sketch out each new character before drawing them, but there were so many in the last section that I just had to make some of them up on the page. The kid versions were particually hard to come up, but I think they turned out OK.

Sect 1.9 finally up

It's way overdue but the new section is finally up. The penultimate section for Chapter 1. I think this one turned out really great, and you get a ton of new back story. So enjoy that. Everything comic wise has been kind of slow lately, but hopefully it will pick back up this week. Check out the new section HERE!

Yoda Playing Soccer

Every once in a while I get to do something pretty awesome at my job. Yesterday was one of those days. Originally the customer wanted crazy things like jedi's playing soccer, and chewbacca in goal, but we had to shut that down. Still it was pretty fun drawing light sabers and doing the type in the star wars font. I even went on a website and they had the exact RGB colors for the title font, and the credit scroll, so I used those.

I guess labor day doesn't just effect print comics. Well, I've kind of screwed the pooch lately. I'm way behind of Northpark. The new section was supposed to come out yesterday, but obviously that didn't happen. I'm only about half done. There are a lot of reason why I'm behind, but basically I've been busy lately, along with the holiday weekend and computer problems (my computer monitor decided to die). I'm really sorry about all of it, but the new section should be up by Friday. Hopefully I'll start blog posting again after that. I've got a bunch of new Venture brother drawings done as well. Plus some process stuff.
