Color Ideas

So I've got most of the details figured out for Maladroits, except for my usual problem. Coloring. Definitely my weakest ability. I've been playing with some ideas. I was thinking about doing some semi-realistic flat color at first, but not I'm leaning more to a monochromatic style. I guess i'll try a couple more things.
